madeonの来るべきニューシングル"The City"がRadio 1のAnnie Mac's showにて予定通り放送されたようで、音源がYouTubeにアップロードされていました。Annie Macが最後の方でmadeonのツイッター発言をいくつか紹介してますね。The Cityがfavoriteトラックだとか、最近ライブが多かったけどもうそろそろスタジオワークに入る等々紹介しています。madeonのスタジオ入りはさらによい楽曲が生まれそうでものすごく楽しみですね。
それとTumblrで歌詞も見つけたので掲載しておきます。イントロからの、"There’s a place in the distance!!!!"でまず盛り上がっちゃいますね〜。"I can feel a heartbeat underneath the concrete. Just like a kick drum plays"あたりも、すごくかっこいいです。この部分の歌詞を利用したmadeonイラストも見つけたので紹介します。
